Kate McGill, PA-C

Kate is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in women’s health care in Tallahassee, FL. As a North Florida native from Marianna, FL, she brings a deep commitment to personalized patient care and women’s wellness throughout every stage of life.

Education & Training

Kate earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL, where she completed specialized clinical rotations in women’s health and obstetrics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science with a Minor in Leadership from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Chipola College.

Clinical Experience in Women’s Health

Before becoming a PA, Kate gained hands-on medical experience as a General Surgery medical assistant at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, FL. Working directly with surgical patients—including many women diagnosed with breast cancer—inspired her dedication to compassionate, patient-centered women’s health care.

Her clinical training emphasized preventive care, wellness education, and building lasting patient relationships. Kate is passionate about empowering women through health education and providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Personal Interests

When she’s not caring for patients, Kate enjoys running, hiking, and exploring new destinations with her husband and their black lab, Lady. She’s also a devoted Florida Gators fan and cherishes time with her extended family throughout North Florida.
