Andrea K. Friall, MDDr. Andrea K. Friall provides expert gynecology care for women in Tallahassee and North Florida. She has cared for women in the community for over 20 years, bringing warmth, skill, and a patient-focused approach to every visit.
Dr. Friall completed her medical training in obstetrics and gynecology and has served the Tallahassee community as a board-certified OB-GYN at North Florida Women’s Care since 2001. She specializes in gynecologic care, minimally invasive procedures, and preventive women’s health, tailoring treatment to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Friall serves as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, leading initiatives to improve patient safety, quality, and healthcare outcomes across the region. She also serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine, mentoring future physicians in gynecology and women’s health.
She holds Fellow status with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and advocates for women’s health at both the state and national levels. Her leadership and dedication have earned her multiple community and professional awards.
