Cortney Rausch, PA-C
Cortney was born and raised in Naples, Florida. She moved to Tallahassee in 2011 for college at Florida State University and never left!
She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology at FSU, with minors in biology and chemistry. She graduated in December 2020 with her Master of Science in physician assistant practice from the FSU College of Medicine.
Cortney realized her interest in women's healthcare during her clinical rotation here at North Florida Women's Care. Her other rotations and clinical experience include: TPCA; CRMC inpatient behavioral health unit; Southern Medical Group; TMH intensive care - pulmonology, inpatient pediatrics, NICU, pediatric endocrinology, and general surgery. She worked as a surgical support technician at TMH in 2016 and shadowed in the TMH main operating room from 2016-2017. She worked as a Medical Assistant at Kennedy Dermatology from 2017-2018. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Cortney's hobbies include spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Miley and Renegade, going to FSU sporting events, and spending time outside.
