Our physicians are on-call at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and available to our patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.
Special Instructions for Pregnant Patients During COVID-19 Pandemic:TMH requests that if you are experiencing a fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat or rash, but are NOT having any concerns related to your pregnancy (no pain, loss of movement, etc.) that you call your primary care provider or obstetrician during office hours and do not go to Labor & Delivery Triage at this time.
If you are an obstetrical patient 14 or more weeks pregnant and you are have pregnancy-related issues AND COVID-related symptoms, please go to the TMH Women's Pavilion Traige; however, please call them ahead of time to let them know you are coming. Also tell the security officer when oyu check in before going up to Triage. Thank you!
If you are an obstetrical patient 14 or more weeks pregnant and you are having an urgent problem, please go to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Women's Pavilion Triage Area.
If you are an obstetrical patient who is less than 14 weeks pregnant and are having an urgent problem, please go to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. Please inform the ER team that you are pregnant.
If you are a gynecology patient with an emergency, please go directly to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
We do not have after-hours telephone triage nurses available.
If you have a non-urgent question or request, you can submit it via your Patient Portal. The portal allows you to request an appointment, view your lab results and your chart, pay your bill, request refills and ask questions directly to our medical staff. Our medical staff read and respond to your concerns from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on regular business days and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays.
