The time you spend with us is important. We see patients by appointment only. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour advanced notice of the reschedule or cancellation request so that we may use that appointment for another patient.
We also ask for your understanding if we ever run behind schedule. Due to the nature of the healthcare services we provide, such as births and surgeries, your physician may occasionally be late. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will make every effort to avoid these situations.
It is wise to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to complete paperwork. You will find location and parking information on our Contact Us pages. Please bring the following items to your first appointement:
Our physicians are on call and available to our patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We do not have after-hours telephone triage nurses available.
Our relationship with you is built upon the sharing of knowledge, confidence and trust. We ask that you voice your questions and concerns. Maintaining your privacy is important to us. Everything about your visit is held in strict confidence. With communication and understanding, we can help you reach and maintain your optimum health.
Your medical records are strictly private. We will not give out information regarding your visit to your employer, friend or family without your written consent. If you or any other party desires a copy of your medical records, a signed authorization by you (parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) must be on file prior to the release of your medical records.
