Dispute resolution/jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or this Web site shall be resolved by binding arbitration shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a forum located in Tallahassee, Florida, to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on such an alternative dispute resolution forum, the dispute shall be submitted for resolution by the American Arbitration Association. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of arbitration occurring in Leon County, Florida pursuant to this agreement.
