Hurricane Michael approaches the Gulf Coast with the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend region in its path. Our Facebook page will update you on when our office and communication channels are closed and reopen, which may change, depending on how quickly the storm moves and its severity.
The North Florida Women's Care Tallahassee office will close at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 9, and remain closed through Thursday.
Our phones will close at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9.
The North Florida Women's Care Carrabelle office will remain closed on Friday, Oct. 12.

If you wish to reschedule an appointment affected by our office closures or to request a medication refill that you critically need completed before the storm hits, you may call our main line at 850-877-7241 until 1:30 p.m. Oct. 9. After that time, you may request your preferred appointment date and time via your Patient Portal account. We will respond to portal messages when we reopen. We will also send out secure texts with rescheduling opportunities for those patients who have agreed to receive text messages from our office.
Emergencies and Concerns
If you have a non-urgent question, you may submit it via your Patient Portal account. We will respond to portal messages when we reopen.
If you are an obstetrical patient and you go into labor or experience an urgent pregnancy-related problem during our office closure, please proceed to Labor and Delivery Triage located in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s Women’s Pavilion. Our on-call physician will be there ready to assist you.
If you are less than 14 weeks pregnant and you experience an urgent pregnancy-related problem, please proceed to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Room or TMH Urgent Care.
If you are a gynecology patient and you experience an urgent gynecological or postoperative problem, please proceed to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Room or TMH Urgent Care.
