Bill Hambsh~Chief Executive Officer
Bill Hambsh is a Florida native from Clearwater, Florida. He transferred up to Tallahassee in 1992 to complete his Masters Degree in Accounting and obtained his CPA license in 1995. He has been with North Florida Women’s Care since 1998. He has also received the recognition as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Bill serves on the National Executive Committee of OB/GYNs through MGMA, is a member of the ACOG (American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists) Committee on Ambulatory Practice Operations and is the current Chairman of the March of Dimes Big Bend Division Board. He is a past Board member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and past chairman of the Chamber Ambassadors. He volunteers his time with many health related organizations. He spends his free time acting with the In The Moment Players production group and was featured in several FSU Film School productions. He also enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, going to the dog park and playing musical instruments.
Eileen Plitnick~Clerical Director
Eileen Plitnick relocated to the Tallahassee area from South Florida.Is a graduate of Bullard Haven Vocational-Technical School’s Licensed Practical Nurse program in Connecticut. With over thirty years experience in the nursing and healthcare field she has worked in various settings including acute-care hospitals, home-health, hospice and sales/marketing. She has served as Nurse Manager for the OB/GYN practice of Iglesias & Hernandez-Suarez ,MD-PC, Miami Beach, Florida and as office manager for Dr. Linda Sternau, Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Florida. She enjoys cooking, boating and her pets.
Takila Brooks~Executive Assistant
Takila Brooks is a native of Pensacola, FL and has lived in Tallahassee since 2001. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Information Management. She completed her internship at North Florida Women’s Care. She received her Master’s of Science in Health Administration from Florida A&M University. She enjoys traveling, music, reading and spending time with her family, friends and dog Polo.
Heather Douglas-Shoup~Director of Accounting and Human Resources
Heather Douglas-Shoup is a born and raised Floridian. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Flagler College. She is currently finalizing a dual Masters in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration with the University of North Alabama. Heather has over 16 years of broad financial management and human resource experience. She enjoys spending time with the family, cooking, horseback riding, many outdoor activities and watching the UF Gators play football. She and her husband, Aaron, have a six year old daughter (Haley) and an eight month old son (Christian).
Tiana Smith~Supervisor of Health Information Services
Tiana A. Smith is a native of Saint Petersburg Florida. She received a Bachelors Degree in Health Information Management, School of Allied Health from Florida A & M University. She did her clinical at Gadsden County Hospital and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She then completed her internship at Bond Community Health Clinic and North Florida Women’s Care. Ms. Smith is a single mother of two. She enjoys traveling and reading. She is a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
E. Page Graham~Nurse Supervisor
E. Page Graham was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a BS in Physical Education – specializing in Fitness. She worked for the City of Gainesville as Fitness Coordinator/Specialist, performing fitness testing and setting up programs for all employees for 6 years. She met her future husband at FSU/UF football game and relocated to Tallahassee in 1991. Page pursued a nursing career and received her RMA from Keiser College in 1992 and then her LPN from Lively Technical Institute in 1994. She has worked in many areas of nursing, like Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, and Family Practice before calling North Florida Women’s Care her in 1999. She loves the outdoors – fishing, camping and especially riding her Harley.
Erin Ryals~Nurse Supervisor
Erin Ryals, RN, BSN was born and raised in Tallahassee Florida. Erin has been a practicing RN since 2005. She attended Florida State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Erin started her nursing career in the Emergency Department at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where she worked for two years before deciding to stay at home with her daughter in 2009. Erin has been working at North Florida Women’s Care since April of 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, painting and singing.
